See You in VEGAS!!!

I am truly excited to finally be able to announce that I will be teaching a session at the 2015 TpT Vegas Conference this summer!! I've known for about a month now and having to keep it a secret all of this time has been killing me!! haha

I will be taking a hand-on approach and focusing on a real skill and how-to in this session. I want everyone to have a great time and to walk away with some practical skills you can actually use. The technique I will be teaching is a technique I came up with myself after a lot of trial and error, so this is not something anyone will find on the internet or an Adobe Photoshop how-to video. I hope all of you who are brave enough to sign up will leave my session excited and eager to try out your new skills! I am encouraging participation and all those who attend my session will need to be ready with a computer, a mouse or drawing tablet with stylus, and Adobe Photoshop already installed and ready to go. Although I am encouraging everyone be ready, it is not a requirement. You can still learn without the tools, but it will definitely be more fun with them on hand.

Please comment below and let me know if you are planning on attending the TpT Vegas Conference this summer!!

This class is NOT for beginners or those wanting to learn Photoshop, but I will provide more information about the session later this month.

Aside from being completely excited to get started on my session planning, this month is also my BIRTHDAY month!! I will be 36 years young this year and I am COMPLETELY proud of my age! Getting older has never really bothered me.. it's the stuff that accompanies that number that bothers me a little bit... haha!!

I have some fun freebies, Blog and Clipart 101 tutorials, and new sets in the works! I can;t wait to share more with all of you!

For now, I would like to reveal a few BRAND NEW digital papers sets that I am in LOVE with and I hope you love too!! I finished these sets yesterday, but could not post them until this evening, so I am very excited for this reveal haha

My Artsy Love set is my absolute favorite!! In fact, I spent so much time painting these and love them so much that I thought about hoarding them for myself.... but that just wouldn't be very nice.. haha.. I could seriously wear these patterns...  Click the images below or use the links to find these on any of my online shops.

These next two sets are big bundles that I had to split in half.

I hope you all have a great weekend & Please check back in for a few V-Day freebies this weekend!!

  1. I CAN'T WAIT! I just booked my hotel and chose my sessions yesterday. Love the new paper sets and everything you do :)

    1. YEAH!!! I am so excited and I just hope I do a good job!! Will I get to see you in my session?? I hope so!! If not, I am sure I will still find you!!

      Thank you so much!

  2. I'm coming!!!! I would love to come to your session and LEARN as much as possible :) Looking forward to it!

  4. I have booked my flight, but that's it at this point. I would love to come to your session. I can do some basic things on photoshop (self-taught)... Do you think your session would be way over my head? If so, any tips for me get myself up to the level I need to be by then?

  5. I totally wish I could be there, but alas I had to resign my teaching position due to illness, and we just don't have the money for a trip all the way to Vegas. I would pay good money though to attend via webcast/skype/video download after, or anything! I am so jealous of you all for going :) Congratulations on being chosen to teach the class!

  6. I think I might just make this happen! Wasn't going to go until I saw your awesome session, now I'm pumped!

  7. Congratulations Michelle!! How exciting for you, you will do a fabulous job! I have decided to go to the conference this year and am looking through all the classes!! (SO EXCITED!) I am very curious as to how all of you wonderful artists create your clip art. I've never done any, but would love to learn how it's done from start to finish. I've take a Photoshop class (and have Photoshop elements on my computer) but am pretty rusty on it now. Do you think I'd still benefit and learn the clip art process if I came to your session?

    Thank you and congratulations again!!

    1. Thank you so much!! I believe the class would be wonderful.. even if you are not familiar with Photoshop or you are not creating clipart. Just seeing the process might be a fun experience and might inspire you to create your own. I hope to see you there!!
